The first MONIC workshop took place at the Sacré-Cœur Hospital in Montreal and introduced the science of consciousness to medical staff, while creating a space for discussion around major issues related to consciousness in a clinical context.

MONIC was pleased to participate in the UNIQUE Retreat (Unifying Neuroscience and Artificial Intelligence Québec) , an event bringing together researchers, students and enthusiasts of the links between neuroscience and artificial intelligence.

MONIC had the pleasure of attending the 28th annual symposium of the Association for the Scientific Study of Consciousness (ASSC) in Heraklion, Greece . We thank the Mediterranean Society for Consciousness Science for facilitating meetings between researchers, and we are grateful to UNIQUE and the NAC3 laboratory for supporting this participation.
